Remote Closing Coordinator

Managing a pipeline of loans, the full-time Remote Closing Coordinator will ensure accurate and compliant documentation while facilitating a smooth closing process in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Manage timelines and documentation for loans scheduled to close, ensuring all requirements are met Review closing documents for accuracy and coordinate the resolution of any liens or exceptions Collaborate with internal teams, title companies, and third parties to maintain compliance and facilitate closings Required qualifications: 5+ years of mortgage closing or closing coordination experience Legal experience within closing Experience using Encompass software Strong understanding of closing documentation and funding requirements Exposure to New York closings and CEMA structures preferred
