TOTAL

100 /500 Scoring key: 5 = fully meets/exceeds, 3 = adequate, 1 = marginal. Weighted = (Score 5) Weight. Prioritize candidates who clear Gate 2 with a current, transferable clearance they most directly de-risk the pre-award staffing timeline. Sourcing Note The intersection of SECRET-cleared, armed-qualified, and schedule-willing is a thin labor pool. Prioritize already-cleared, already-armed candidates transitioning military Security Forces, veterans with active clearances, and retired/off-duty law enforcement in the San Antonio / JBSA area because the pre-award adjudication requirement makes sponsoring new investigations impractical on the target start timeline.
