The Job You Will Perform:

• Follow all safety rules and practices.

• Housekeeping duties (daily, weekly and between flute changes duties)

• Have the courage to intervene and submit Check It (safe work observation) cards

• Proficient with Kiwi, COPAR, QMS and SPI's

• Maintain clean and organized work and storage areas.

• Maintain teamwork with machine crews and other associates

• Monitor the condition and maintenance needs of the equipment and keep maintenance and/or supervision informed of equipment status.

• Learning Starch operator duties & responsibilities; operate machine when operator is absent.

• Learning Stacker operator duties & responsibilities; operate machine when operator is absent.

• Learn Double backer duties & responsibilities; operate machine when operator is absen.t

• Learn Clamp Driver duties and responsibilities; operate machine when operator is absent.

• Perform all other duties assigned by supervision/team lead to ensure production needs are met

• The Skills You Will Bring:

• Candidate must have the ability to accurately read a measuring tape and ruler; ability to use basic math

• Candidate must also demonstrate a sincere interest and desire to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment

• Candidate must have the ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a member of team. a proven leader, goal oriented, self-starter, good communicator and computer literate.

• Candidate must have a firm understanding of driving safety culture, adhering to corporate and human resources policy.
