Care For the Homeless
Care For the Homeless (CFH) is hiring Registered Nurses to join our Health Center team in New York City. The RN participates in a multidisciplinary CFH PCMH program, providing clinical support to medical and behavioral health practitioners and delivering care aligned with NYS nursing standards. Responsibilities include patient intake, education, vaccine administration, specimen collection, medication administration, and charting in the EMR. #J-18808-Ljbffr Care For the Homeless
