What You'll Do
- Manage all hotel operations
- Lead a team of ~20 employees
- Drive guest satisfaction and profitability
- Oversee budgets and revenue management
- Maintain Marriott brand standards
- Develop and mentor staff
- Support property improvements and community relationships
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years hotel management experience
- Marriott background required
- Select-service hotel experience required
- Courtyard experience preferred
- FOSSE experience required
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Hands-on management style
