We are seeking a driven and hands‑on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations within our Data Center (DC) Production environment. This role is responsible for supervising production personnel, coordinating workflow, and ensuring the safe, efficient, and high‑quality assembly of critical data center infrastructure systems and components. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, manufacturing experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven production environment. The DC Production Supervisor will work closely with Group Leaders, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure production schedules, customer expectations, and operational goals are achieved. Essential Functions Provide daily leadership, direction, and support to production employees within a data center infrastructure manufacturing environment. Coordinate and regulate workflow to maximize production efficiency, throughput, and on‑time delivery of assemblies and infrastructure systems. Monitor production schedules, labor utilization, and department capacity to meet operational and customer requirements. Train, coach, and mentor employees on work instructions, manufacturing processes, safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies. Ensure all projects and production activities comply with company standards, OSHA requirements, quality systems, and operational procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and process optimization. Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate cross‑functionally to implement corrective actions and prevent recurring problems. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, quality workmanship, and operational excellence. Track and report departmental KPIs including productivity, efficiency, quality, attendance, and schedule attainment. Participate in internal audits and compliance activities to ensure adherence to operational and quality standards. Partner with leadership and Human Resources in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and disciplinary actions. Foster positive communication and strong working relationships with internal teams, customers, and external partners. Maintain a safe and organized production environment while reinforcing all safety expectations and best practices. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Strong leadership, team‑building, coaching, and employee development skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities involving multiple variables. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization. High attention to detail and commitment to product quality and operational accuracy. Ability to resolve conflict professionally and maintain a positive team environment. Experience working with production metrics, labor planning, and operational performance goals. Working knowledge of manufacturing safety standards, quality systems, and continuous improvement practices. Familiarity with data center infrastructure products, electrical assemblies, server racks, power systems, or similar technologies is a plus. Required Experience & Education High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical education preferred. Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or operations. Previous experience in data center infrastructure, electronics manufacturing, electrical assembly, or similar technical production environments preferred. Prior experience with project coordination, production planning, labor allocation, and resource management preferred.
