Physical Therapist - Full Time

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active-whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.


Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Washington State Physical Therapist license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in home health setting preferred.
• Ability to provide physician-ordered plan of care and complete OASIS assessments, reassessments, transfers, resumptions of care, discharges, and significant change in condition.
• Experience supervising PTAs and Home Health Aides and delegating tasks appropriately.
• Competence with ICD-10 coding.
• Willingness to travel and cover the Redmond area as part of the caseload.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community/home visits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physician orders and implement plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services.
• Work collaboratively with home care personnel in patient care planning.
• Direct and supervise Physical Therapy Assistant and Home Health Aide, as assigned.
• Take initial patient history and perform initial evaluations.
• Consult with physicians regarding changes in treatment.
• Instruct patients and families in home programs and activities of daily living.
• Participate in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement activities as assigned.
• Complete and submit required OASIS documentation and utilize ICD-10 codes appropriately.
