About the Role We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Webflow Specialist with expertise in Webflow development, SEO optimization, and conversion-focused website design. This role will support the firm’s website revamp initiatives, including the redesign of the primary website and the development of eight new landing pages. The position is expected to be full-time during the initial 3–4 month project phase, with the possibility of transitioning into a part-time role focused on ongoing website optimization and maintenance. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of traditional SEO, emerging AI-driven search strategies (GEO), and UI/UX best practices, with the ability to create seamless digital experiences that support marketing and business objectives. Competitive compensation aligned with experience, technical expertise, and website optimization capabilities Opportunity to contribute directly to a major website revamp initiative and the development of high-converting landing pages Flexible, fully remote work environment that supports productivity and work-life balance Exposure to a collaborative global team with opportunities to contribute ideas and influence digital strategy initiatives Opportunity to work at the intersection of Webflow development, SEO, GEO, and conversion-focused website optimization A dynamic and growth-focused environment where innovation, problem-solving, and strategic thinking are highly valued Long-term opportunities to continue supporting ongoing website optimization and digital growth initiatives following the initial project period Key Responsibilities Webflow & Website Management Maintain and update the firm’s Webflow website, including landing pages, content updates, and technical improvements Support website revamp initiatives by restructuring pages and improving overall site architecture Ensure responsive design and cross-device compatibility across all web pages Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and user experience SEO & GEO Optimization Optimize on-page SEO elements including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and site structure Implement and refine schema markup and structured data to improve search visibility Support Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives by structuring content for AI-driven search experiences and extractable answers Conduct regular site audits to maintain optimal website performance, speed, indexing, and crawlability Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, or SEMrush Identify SEO opportunities and recommend actionable improvements to support search rankings and organic visibility UI/UX Design & Conversion Optimization Design and optimize user-centric, conversion-focused landing pages Improve website usability, navigation, and overall information architecture Apply UI/UX best practices to enhance user journeys and reduce friction points Collaborate on wireframes, layouts, and design improvements for new and existing pages Ensure consistency in visual design, branding, and overall user experience across the website Conduct basic UX audits and recommend improvements based on user behavior and performance data Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Webflow, including CMS management, responsive design, and site structure optimization (required) Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO, on‑page optimization, and content structure Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing websites or landing pages with a focus on user experience and conversions Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and performance‑focused website design Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, or SEMrush Familiarity with schema markup and structured data implementation Understanding of content hierarchy, semantic structuring, search intent, and user behavior principles Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) or experience structuring websites for AI‑driven search is strongly preferred Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote environment Experience working with international or remote teams is required Key Success Metrics Improvement in website performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience Growth in organic website traffic and search visibility Improvement in target keyword rankings and technical SEO performance Landing page conversion performance, including lead generation and inquiry submissions Website engagement metrics such as bounce rate, session duration, and user interaction Successful completion of website revamp initiatives and landing page development projects Effectiveness of website improvements in supporting broader marketing and business objectives Application Process In addition to completing the application form and submitting your resume, candidates may be required to complete an aptitude assessment to evaluate their proficiency in skills relevant to the role.
