We are seeking a **Temporary Recruiter / Sourcer** to support our Corporate Talent Acquisition team. This role will primarily focus on proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for corporate positions across a variety of functions. In addition to sourcing, this individual will manage full-cycle recruitment for select positions as needed. ### Key Responsibilities* Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and other creative sourcing strategies.* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future corporate hiring needs.* Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening to assess qualifications, interest, and alignment with open positions.* Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.* Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and hiring manager communication.* Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in Workday and other recruitment systems. ### Qualifications* 3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting and/or talent sourcing.* Strong experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.* Ability to recruit across a variety of corporate functions and position levels.* Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.* Experience with Workday Recruiting preferred.* Previous experience in retail or a high-volume corporate recruiting environment is a plus.Explore our **benefits** site to discover all the perks and support we offer!
