CNC Lathe Operator - 2nd Shift

Location: Florence, KY Job Overview: A machining-focused manufacturer is looking for a CNC Lathe Operator to support evening shift operations. Candidates should be comfortable with setup, operation, and inspection of precision components. Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC lathes for production runs.
- Perform offsets, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret blueprints and quality requirements.
- Inspect parts using standard precision measurement tools.
- Maintain equipment and support continuous improvement efforts.
- 2+ years experience operating CNC lathes.
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
