Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups.Understand common vaccination protocols, basic lab tests, common diseases, veterinary terminology, and pet behavior.Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive client experience.Qualifications:Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical office assistant is preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Ability to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanor.About Dogwood Trails Animal HospitalDogwood Trails is a brand-new state-of-the-art small animal hospital located in Bentonville, Arkansas.
