Server/Bartender Location: 345 4th Street, Black Sheep Columbus, Columbus, IN, 47201Job Description Black Sheep Columbus is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Server/Bartenders. In this dual role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and crafting a variety of cocktails. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Previous experience as a server and/or bartender preferred.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Indiana.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
