Your Role Awaits

• Conduct both standard and intricate clinical laboratory analyses—ranging from chemistry to immunology—following established guidelines.
• Evaluate outcomes for accuracy, diagnose issues, and implement routine maintenance and calibration of critical lab equipment.
• Support specimen collection efforts and meticulously prepare samples for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all processes, mentor new team members or students, and consistently uphold laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health professional degree, with ASCP/AMT certification readiness.

Certifications

• Acquire ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
