Full-Time Healthcare Cook We are looking to add an experienced Full‑Time Healthcare Cook to work with a motivated and energetic kitchen staff at our Shakopee, MN location. As a cook with Cura Hospitality, you will work in a fast‑paced, efficient environment and prepare meals specifically for healthcare, following precise menu requirements, including pureeing, grinding, and meeting dietary restrictions. Responsibilities Maintain quality and portion control. Prepare food according to menus and specifications. Present dishes creatively and attractively. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization. Store food properly and ensure it is safe to eat. Follow food‑handling policies, procedures, and recipes. Qualifications At least one year of culinary experience in a quality, high‑volume establishment focusing on scratch cooking. Prior healthcare cooking experience in assisted living or long‑term care. Knowledge of culinary methods, techniques, and standards. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with kitchen equipment and tools and ability to differentiate food items. Customer service experience. Flexibility in schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends. Must obtain a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certificate within 30 days of hire. (Certification will be assisted if necessary.) Location St. Gertrude's Health Rehab, Shakopee, MN.
