Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – $50–$60/hr + Guaranteed Pay | New London, NH

Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a full-time (5 days) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in New London, New Hampshire .

We welcome both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP / CFY) interested in pediatric, secondary, and school-based speech therapy .

  • Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based
  • Location: New London, NH | Dartmouth-Lake Sunapee region
  • Schedule: Full-Time (5 days/week)
  • Pay Rate: $50–$60/hour (guaranteed pay for scheduled time, even if student sessions are missed)
  • Setting: Public school | Elementary School | Middle School | High School
  • Start Date: August 2026

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities
  • Provide school-based speech-language therapy services to middle and high school students
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and services
  • Deliver direct therapy services (individual and small group sessions, in-person and/or virtual)
  • Support students with:
    • Receptive and expressive language
    • Social/pragmatic communication skills
    • Executive functioning and academic language
    • Articulation, fluency, and voice disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, occupational therapists (OTs), and physical therapists (PTs)
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
  • Communicate regularly with families and caregivers
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP)
  • Active New Hampshire SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Experience or interest in pediatrics, school-based therapy, teletherapy, or secondary education settings preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
