Overview MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST (Internal title: FBH Clinician III) Vancouver, WA (Oak View Site - Near Vancouver Mall) The Family Behavioral Health team seeks a clinician committed to evidence‑based, family‑centered mental health services for children and families in their homes and communities. Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY: Provide family‑oriented, strength‑based mental health services to children and youth in their homes and community settings. Work flexible schedules and participate in an on‑call rotation with other clinicians and care coordinators. Collaborate with families and community partners to achieve long‑term safety and stability. Maintain high quality documentation, supervise relationships, and adhere to all agency policies. Training and Supervision Receive extensive training in multiple clinical approaches and related areas. Access daily and weekly supervision as well as clinical consultation at any time. Qualifications Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or an equivalent accredited program. Mandated passion for supporting families to stay together. Energetic, innovative engagement style with children, youth, and families. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to provide culturally competent services in diverse settings. Strong safety assessment skills in community and home environments. For clinicians in the Vancouver area, bi‑lingual fluency in Spanish and English is required. Availability for on‑call duties and flexible scheduling. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a current, acceptable driving record. Successful completion of required background clearances before employment.
