Software Architect (.NET, Angular)

Salary: $98,000 - 138,000 per year Requirements:

• We bring 8+ years of enterprise software experience with strong .NET Core, C#, and distributed systems expertise.
• We have at least 2 years of hands-on architectural ownership, including patterns, standards, system design, or platform direction.
• We are strong in Angular and able to define UI architecture across products.
• We have advanced SQL Server expertise, including performance tuning, indexing, and secure data modeling.
• We have practical experience building scalable cloud solutions in Azure or AWS.
• We possess solid DevOps knowledge, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, observability, and security basics.
• We can make pragmatic architecture decisions in hybrid legacy and modern environments.
• We are experienced in presenting architectural choices to senior technical and business stakeholders.
• We are comfortable using AI tools daily to improve speed, clarity, and quality.
• Bonus: We have experience modernizing legacy systems or breaking up large codebases.
• Bonus: We are familiar with event-driven or message-based design patterns.

• We build and shape .NET Core services and APIs, while improving structure and design patterns in existing .NET Framework applications.
• We define Angular architecture and reusable UI patterns across multiple TMS products.
• We design and optimize SQL Server schemas, stored procedures, indexing, security, and overall database performance.
• We ensure consistent performance and scalability across multi-tenant SaaS applications.
• We establish API standards, security approaches, and engineering best practices across teams.
• We help raise DevOps maturity through CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, automated testing, and shift-left quality practices.
• We use AI tools such as Copilot and Claude to speed up coding, refactoring, documentation, and analysis.
• We provide architectural direction, explain tradeoffs to senior technical and business leaders, and collaborate across teams and codebases.
