Job Description

Northwest Permanente (NWP) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Occupational Medicine or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician to join our growing, high-impact team at our North Lancaster Medical Office.

This is more than a traditional Occupational Medicine role. Here, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover, return to work, and regain quality of life while partnering directly with employers to create safer, healthier workplaces.

You’ll join a collaborative, well-supported team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and experienced clinical staff in an integrated care environment that prioritizes both patient and physician experience.

Work in modern Occupational Health clinics with onsite physical therapy and advanced rehabilitation tools

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: $224,400 to $273,700, depending on experience
Total rewards value: $291,371 to $376,000
Up to $15,000 in relocation support
Industry-leading retirement contribution of 21 percent of eligible earnings
