Occupational Therapist

We are a multidisciplinary team of speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and feeding specialists united by one purpose: helping children and families thrive through compassionate, individualized care. We are excited to offer a unique hybrid role which will provide occupational therapy services across both our outpatient clinics and ABA programs. This model creates meaningful collaboration across disciplines while supporting children in a variety of therapeutic environments. Rather than working in silos, our clinicians partner closely to develop cohesive, functional, and family-centered treatment plans that honor each child's strengths, interests, and goals. Our approach is built on mentorship, collaboration, and the belief that every clinician brings unique expertise to the team. We are committed to a neurodiversity-affirming, child-led, and play-based philosophy, recognizing that children learn best when they feel safe, respected, and engaged. By working alongside behavior analysts and other therapy disciplines, our occupational therapists have the opportunity to advocate for sensory-informed, regulation-focused, and strengths-based practices that enhance participation and quality of life across settings. Qualifications Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field Current MA state licensure/certification as a Occupational Therapist Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills Commitment to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach Why Join Us?
