Bristol Chevrolet is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Internet Manager to join our team in Bristol, TN. This role is essential in managing our online presence, responding to customer inquiries, and driving sales through digital channels. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and proficient in internet sales strategies to help enhance our dealership's growth and reputation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond promptly to all internet leads and inquiries from potential customers.
- Maintain and update the dealership's online vehicle inventory across various platforms.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective online sales strategies.
- Track and report on key internet sales metrics and customer engagement.
- Follow up with customers to ensure excellent service and foster long-term relationships.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage contacts and streamline communication efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with online automotive market trends and competitors' activities.
Requirements
- Prior experience in automotive internet sales or a related sales field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and internet sales platforms.
- Detail-oriented with a customer service mindset.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
