Here, your performance has purpose.# **What You Will Be Doing**The Team Leader II, Facilities is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all plant systems, including steam, hydraulics, compressed air, electrical, HVAC, and water systems. This position leads and develops a team of facilities associates, driving performance through coaching, training, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence. The role oversees building and grounds maintenance, manages system performance to support production needs, and coordinates preventive maintenance and capital projects to minimize downtime. Additionally, the Team Leader partners with cross-functional teams and external vendors ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements and supports emergency preparedness and response initiatives playing a key role in sustaining facility operations and continuous improvement.**What You Bring*** High school diploma or equivalent required* Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred* 5+ years of supervisory experience required* Manufacturing experience preferred* 2nd Class Stationary Engineer license required**Our Commitment to You**At Acushnet Company, we are committed to helping our associates thrive both personally and professionally.
