We’re looking for motivated, money-driven individuals who want uncapped earning potential in a fast-growing industry. Trinity Adjusters LLC represent homeowners and business owners against insurance companies to get their properties restored to pre-storm condition.

If you’re hungry, coachable, and willing to work, this is an opportunity to build serious income.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate your own leads (door knocking, social media, referrals, telemarketing, networking, etc.)
• Talk with homeowners and business owners about property damage
• Sign clients up to receive our services
• Build and manage your pipeline

No Experience? No Problem.
We provide guidance and support to help you succeed.

• Licensed Public Adjusters → hired through Trinity Adjusters LLC
• Unlicensed reps → hired through Culicci LLC

Pay Structure (Commission-Based):

• Earn a percentage on every deal you close
• Insurance claims: paid on total proceeds (excluding non-paying line items)
• Out-of-pocket jobs: paid on total contract value (excluding non-paying line items)
• Top starting commissions up to 10% (based on experience)
• No cap on earnings
• This is a W-9 Position

• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
