Material Control Manager

Headcount: 1 Position

Key Responsibilities:

Material Supply & Inventory Strategy:
- Establish material supply plans based on MPS and demand forecasting.
- Manage appropriate inventory levels and safety stock.
- Formulate operational strategies to prevent material shortages or excess inventory.
- Improve inventory turnover and operational efficiency.
Material Operations Management:
- Manage inbound, outbound, and movement of raw materials, sub-materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Manage material supply plans and execution aligned with production schedules.
- Manage material operational risks and issues.
Inventory Auditing: Lead periodic and spot physical inventory audits; analyze variance causes and establish corrective measures.
Customs & SCM: Manage material customs clearance, vendor payment processing, and supply chain operations.
System Management: Manage material-related IT systems and operating processes.

Qualifications:

7+ years of material management experience in manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
Global manufacturing or overseas factory working experience.
English communication capability. (Note: Korean-English bilingual capability required)
