Warehouse & Production Ops Lead ESOP Eligible

About the Role: As our General Manager, you’ll organize and oversee the daily operations involving Production, Maintenance, Inventory, Shipping, and Purchasing. Responsibilities: Meet with President/COO to make decisions for operations activities and set strategic goals. Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of our operations to ensure smooth progress. Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback. Help staff achieve company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results. Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation. Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors. Evaluate the efficiencies of standard operating procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements. Continually develop leadership skills. Educate, train, monitor, problem-solve and ensure that company policies are followed by all employees. Maintain a safe, clean, and positive working atmosphere. Ensure proper training and cross-training is provided to employees to ensure all training matrixes are kept up to date. Participate and/or make recommendations regarding capital expenditure improvements. Ensure successful launch of new products according to timelines and due dates. Assist President/COO with special projects upon request. Participate in R&D activities upon request of CEO, President/COO or R&D Senior Manager. Complete all other reasonable tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor. We may assign other duties to the position at our discretion. Essential Qualifications: 5+ years of experience managing warehouses in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proven track record of implementing and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve production goals. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and meeting deadlines. Extensive experience supervising and motivating teams, including senior-level employees, to achieve operational goals. Strong understanding of warehouse best practices, safety procedures, and quality control processes. Manufacturing background (personal care products industry is a plus). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in warehouse management.
