J Polep Distribution Services, is a division of National Convenience Distributors and serves customers in the Northeastern United States as the 4th largest full-line convenience store distributor. We presently have an opportunity for an Inventory Control position to work in our Inventory department. The successful candidate for this position should have previous experience in Inventory and must be used to working in a fast paced, heavy phone volume environment.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Confirming accuracy of inventory.
- Investigating discrepancies.
- Root cause analysis.
- Monitoring merchandise integrity.
- Special Projects.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months in an Inventory position
- Great customer service skills
- Proficiency in excel and working knowledge of Microsoft word
