Job Summary As an Associate, you will assist with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences, shaping the store’s success and contributing to the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets. Operational Excellence: Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment, and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals, adhering to store policies and procedures. Additional duties and projects as required. Qualifications Proven retail experience with a track record of achieving sales targets. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic. Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems. Minimum Requirements Consistent weekly availability, including mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Reliable punctuality and regular attendance. Clear spoken English and proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English. Minimum age 18; individuals 16+ eligible for certain locations. Physical Demands Prolonged standing 4–14 hours per day; stooping, kneeling, reaching, pulling; ladder climbing; lifting 5–25 lbs regularly. Compensation Store Associate pay range: $16.00–$16.00 per hour, eligible for 401(k) plan.
