Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Start Date: 08-05-2026

End Date: 11-04-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic interventions and exercises according to each patient's PT plan of care
• Track and document patient progress, response to treatment, and outcomes
• Empower patients with education and home exercise programs to support their recovery
• Keep supervising physical therapists informed on patient status and any changes
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment by following infection control and safety standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
• Active state PTA license in Oklahoma (or ability to obtain one)
• Ability to follow treatment plans and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of physical therapy interventions and treatment plans
• Strong documentation skills for accurate patient records
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with supervising PTs and patients
• Understanding of infection control and safety compliance
• Patient education skills to support home exercise programs
• Collaborative mindset to thrive within a multidisciplinary team
