Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any challenges proactively. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
