Job Details Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/29/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Requirements Active RN License Degree from an accredited nursing program BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, AWHONN Certifications At least eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Labor and Delivery (L&D) setting Additional requirements may be determined by the client facility Duties and Responsibilities Labor and Delivery Nurses (RN) provide comprehensive care and support for women before, during, and after childbirth, ensuring both medical and emotional needs are met throughout the birthing process. Provide care to women and newborns during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages. Monitor vital signs of mother and baby during birth. Detect and respond to potential high‑risk complications. Educate and support mothers and their families post‑delivery.
