This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of AI and data science within a dynamic organization.Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of innovative AI solutions- Maintain excellence in project execution and delivery- Foster substantial engagement with clients to understand their needs- Guide teams through complex project landscapes and challenges- Innovate processes to enhance operational effectiveness- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives- Analyze data trends to inform decision-making and strategy- Mentor and develop team members to build exceptional groupsWhat You Must Have- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Econometrics- At least 8 years of experience in AI/ML, econometrics, data science, or software engineeringWhat Sets You Apart- Master's Degree in Statistics, Financial Mathematics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Econometrics, Computer Science preferred- Experience leading teams in AI/ML or data-driven solutions- Designing and managing scalable data pipelines and workflows- Building and deploying advanced machine learning models- Background in DevOps/DataOps for AI systems- Operating in regulated environments with model risk management- Contributing to business development and technical sales support- Excelling in communication and leadership skillsTravel RequirementsUp to 20%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $299,930. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $337,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
