Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00-4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00 /hr
Location: Moraine, Ohio 45439
Experience: Entry level, 1-2 years

Are you a customer service enthusiast looking for an exciting opportunity in Dayton, OH? Our client, a reputable company in the area, is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a full-time Customer Service Representative. As a key member of their team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to their customers.

Customer Service / Billing Clerk Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries
Entering orders accurately into their system
Editing work orders for invoicing
Becoming knowledgeable about their products and services
Providing quotes for products and pricing
Assisting walk-in customers and retrieving products from the warehouse
Processing payments using their credit card processing system
Corresponding with customers regarding delivery dates
Recording service technician notes in customer master files
Handling customer service issues, including product inquiries, billing concerns, and general customer inquiries
Collaborating with assigned salesmen on short-term projects

Customer Service / Billing Clerk Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of similar office experience
Ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong math skills, including the ability to calculate square inches and product costs
Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
