Are you a customer service enthusiast looking for an exciting opportunity in Dayton, OH? Our client, a reputable company in the area, is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a full-time Customer Service Representative. As a key member of their team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to their customers.

Customer Service / Billing Clerk Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries
• Entering orders accurately into their system
• Editing work orders for invoicing
• Becoming knowledgeable about their products and services
• Providing quotes for products and pricing
• Assisting walk-in customers and retrieving products from the warehouse
• Processing payments using their credit card processing system
• Corresponding with customers regarding delivery dates
• Recording service technician notes in customer master files
• Handling customer service issues, including product inquiries, billing concerns, and general customer inquiries
• Collaborating with assigned salesmen on short-term projects

Customer Service / Billing Clerk Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of similar office experience
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong math skills, including the ability to calculate square inches and product costs
• Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
