CT Tech - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shifts are scheduled from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Friday to Sunday.

Job Description

The CT Technologist will perform various computed tomography imaging procedures as directed by the physician. This role requires the technologist to operate CT scanners and ensure high-quality imaging while adhering to safety protocols. The CT Tech will work independently during night shifts with an assistant available for support.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures across various body parts including abdomen, chest, and brain.
• Administer contrast media as required and prepare patients for imaging.
• Maintain equipment and manage room turnover efficiently between patients.
• Document patient information and imaging results accurately using the Epic charting system.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred; 1 year considered with trauma or high acuity experience.
• Must possess active ARRT certification in Radiography (ARRT R) and Computed Tomography (ARRT CT).
• Current BLS certification required.
• Washington State license must be in hand before starting the position.
