Sobre el puesto: Representante de Atencin al Cliente de Viajes
Como Representante de Atencin al Cliente de Viajes, desempears un papel clave en el apoyo a nuestros clientes durante todo su viaje, desde el momento en que reservan hasta que regresan a casa. Ayudars con consultas, resolvers incidencias, proporcionars actualizaciones sobre las reservas y te asegurars de que cada interaccin refleje nuestro compromiso con un servicio excepcional.
Responsabilidades principales
- Responder de manera rpida y profesional a las consultas de los clientes por correo electrnico, telfono y plataformas de mensajera.
- Asistir con reservas de viajes, cambios, cancelaciones y solicitudes especiales.
- Proporcionar informacin precisa sobre destinos, documentos de viaje y polticas de la agencia.
- Hacer seguimiento con los clientes para confirmar los detalles del viaje y su satisfaccin.
- Gestionar inquietudes o quejas con empata y habilidades de resolucin de problemas.
Candidato/a Ideal
Excelentes habilidades de comunicacin verbal y escrita.
Slida experiencia en atencin al cliente (preferiblemente en viajes u hostelera).
Persona organizada, confiable y proactiva con gran atencin al detalle.
Cmoda con la tecnologa y rpida para aprender plataformas y sistemas de reservas.
Pasin por los viajes y por ayudar a otros a planificar experiencias inolvidables.
