Join our ABA agency as a Behavioral Interventionist (BI), Registered Behavioral Therapist (RBT), providing essential therapeutic support primarily to children with autism. This role involves delivering applied behavior analysis interventions in in-home settings, requiring travel to client homes and independent work under BCBA supervision.
Responsibilities
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions
- Collect and analyze behavioral data accurately
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Engage directly with clients to provide behavioral support
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on client outcomes
- Provide consistent behavioral support in-home to clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated empathy and compassion
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Effective time management skills
