As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a top level to drive project success. This role offers the chance to shape the future of tax services through AI-enabled capabilities, collaborating with senior leaders and driving modernization across products.Responsibilities- Provide strategic and technical leadership for tax innovation platforms- Oversee large-scale projects and drive process enhancements- Collaborate with senior leaders to enhance AI-enabled tax services- Maintain operational excellence in project execution and delivery- Foster cross-team collaboration to achieve project goals- Analyze complex challenges and develop innovative solutions- Maintain elevated client engagement to support project success- Champion modernization initiatives across product offeringsWhat You Must Have- Bachelor's Degree- At least 6 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Master's Degree preferred- Leading multiple engineering teams in agile environments- Designing and evolving enterprise or SaaS architectures- Leading system migrations and legacy modernization- Possessing knowledge of multi-cloud strategies and security- Integrating AI and advanced analytics into production systems- Defining technical standards for AI and data systems- Mentoring engineering leaders and architects- Managing uncertainty and competing prioritiesTravel RequirementsUp to 20%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
