Urgent hiring for "Phlebotomist II"

Job Description:

• Perform venipuncture and blood draws using straight needles and butterfly needles, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens as required by specific test orders and laboratory protocols.
• Store specimen samples at the required temperature and place them in the appropriate collection containers or tubes.

Qualification :

• 2-3 Year of experience working as Phlebotomist is Mandatory
• Handling approximately 30-40 draws per shift
• Working with pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Performing heel sticks on infants when needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Falls Church, VA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
