Physician - MD/DO - Family Medicine

SSM Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our established outpatient practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a traditional primary care practice in a smaller, collegial clinic environment with an established patient base and strong provider support.

• Full-time employed position
• Traditional Monday-Friday schedule
• Clinic hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 100% outpatient Family Medicine
• Established "bread-and-butter" primary care practice
• Join a collaborative team of 2 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers
• Approximately 12 exam rooms supporting efficient patient flow
• On-site blood draw services for patient convenience
• Shared call rotation among providers
• Supportive clinic leadership and experienced staff
• Opportunity to develop long-term relationships with patients and families
