Table Games - Trainee Dealer

The Role: The Dealer is responsible for maintaining control of the assigned table game at all times, ensuring quality customer service and a favorable gaming experience for customers. Responsibilities: Deal assigned table games accurately and in a professional manner according to company policies, procedures and in compliance with gaming regulations. Maintain control of the assigned table game at all times. Ensure quality customer service and a favorable gaming experience for customers. Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same. Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED, required Excellent mathematical skills At least 18 years of age Successfully completed dealer training or have previous casino dealing experience Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, and verbal communication skills Able to work weekends and holidays Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written Must be able to obtain and maintain a state Racing and Gaming Class C License The Queen Casino & Entertainment and its affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
