Precision Machine Operator: Darien, Wisconsin

Our customer in Darien, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Precision Machine Operators to work fulltime on 2nd shift. As a Precision Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and adjusting machines to perform machining operations while maintaining quality and production standards.

Responsibilities of the Precision Machine Operator:

• Adjust and operate machines to perform progressive machining operations.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
• Control operation by using levers, hand wheels, and power settings.
• Check dimensions of parts and verify accuracy.
• Remove burrs from parts and clear chips from machines.
• Work from drawings, specifications, and job layouts.
• Use measuring tools such as gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
• Maintain cutting tools in proper working condition.

Precision Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of CNC experience and 3–4 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with Wichman, Acme, or Davenport machines preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to use hand, power, and measuring tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a hot and fastpaced environment.

Pay for Precision Machine Operator: $22.00–$30.00/hour.
