Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and help lead our front- and back-of-house teams. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accountability, and is passionate about guest service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant and lounge operations
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to maintain high service standards
- Ensure an excellent guest experience and promptly resolve concerns
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor efficiency
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Work closely with ownership and management to drive sales and profitability
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience required (high-volume preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Experience with scheduling, labor management, and basic financials
- Comfortable working evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety certification preferred
