Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

12 Hour Shifts, 36 hours guaranteed per week. Weekend rotation is required every other weekend.

Length of contract is 26 weeks, with preference for longer contracts of 26-51 weeks. Compliance due date is 2 Thursdays prior to start date.

AHA BLS certification required at submission. Current KS or multistate nursing license. Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical experience required. Progressive care/step down experience is a bonus. Experience with Epic charting system preferred.

Provide high-quality patient care to post-operative patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient management. Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Educate patients and families on health management.
