Hershey's Part‑Time Territory Sales Associate (Chico, CA) Location: Chico, CA Schedule: Continuous Part‑Time, 20‑25 hours per week. Core hours 6:00am‑4:00pm, Monday‑Friday. Flexible schedules available. Travel: Must drive personal vehicle up to 55 miles per day within the territory. All mileage reimbursed at 62 cents per mile. No car allowance provided. Hourly Rate: $15.50‑$16.50, depending on experience and location. Responsibilities Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all authorized Hershey products in assigned territory. Ensure flawless retail execution of Headquarters Sales and Merchandising Plans, including use of permanent secondary displays and other display vehicles. Achieve merchandising objectives using effective display strategies. Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes and promotions. Submit daily activity reports via tablet. Manage sales territory, adjusting to size, retailer count, and location. Requirements Valid U.S. state‑issued driver’s license. Personal vehicle in sound operating condition. Auto insurance covering minimum $100,000 per person, $100,000 per accident and $100,000 property damage (business use allowed). Residence or willingness to commute within the listed territory zipcodes. Ability to drive long distances for multiple daily sales calls. Ability to lift 10–40 lbs, bend, kneel, stoop, and demonstrate manual dexterity. Proficiency with tablet technology and daily wireless internet access. Flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage. Availability to work 20‑25 hours per week. High school diploma or GED equivalent.
