The Opportunity We are looking for an inspiring Pastoral Support Lead to provide outstanding pastoral care to support students from September 2026. This is a key role for the Academy in fulfilling its commitment to develop ‘the heart’ of the school. You will be working with a Head of Year to support the pastoral needs of a year group; constantly driving for excellent attendance, behaviour and safeguarding to ensure every student in the year is supported. About You You are likely to have gained experience in working with young people in a school setting and have a track record of impact through your career or personal experience.
