Service Desk Representative

Position Overview In this entry-level call center role, you will field inbound retail client telephone calls and provide technical assistance with hardware/software issues for Atos' new client in the Fargo area. Responsibilities Field inbound retail client telephone calls and work with customers to resolve technical issues. Document support calls thoroughly following established procedures and guidelines. Navigate through various screens while speaking with customers. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls. Multi‑task and perform data entry as required. Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware and software problems. Assist customers without selling products; focus on problem resolution. Work flexible shifts as required; open 24/7 support. Qualifications Must be 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED. Must attend all scheduled training classes (e.g., starting October 24th). Previous hardware/software troubleshooting experience is helpful. Previous help desk, call center, or phone support experience is helpful. Pre‑existing IT or Computer Science education and/or technical certifications a plus. 1–2 years of customer service experience (phone or online support preferred). Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment. Reliable and punctual. Strong technical aptitude. Benefits Paid 13 days of classroom training.
