Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney – Up to $275K Base + 1/3 Case Origination Bonus Up to $275,000 Base Salary Earn 1/3 of the Legal Fee on Cases You Originate A growing New York litigation boutique is looking for a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join its team. If you're an attorney who wants real ownership of your cases, meaningful courtroom exposure, and the opportunity to grow your trial practice , this could be a great fit. What You’ll Handle: Manage plaintiff PI cases from intake through resolution Handle motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and general negligence Take and defend depositions Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Handle court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations Prepare cases for trial and work closely with partners on strategy Communicate directly with clients and manage your caseload What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience Plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred Strong litigation skills and the ability to manage cases independently Trial experience is a major plus Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$150,000 – $275,000 annually] . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
