Aesthetic NP/PA or Registered Nurse – Facial Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics Full-Time | Buckhead, Atlanta, GA Kalos Facial Plastic Surgery and The K Spa are seeking an experienced, polished, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Registered Nurse to join our growing clinical and aesthetic team. This is a unique opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about facial aesthetics, plastic surgery, and exceptional patient care and who enjoys a role that combines aesthetic medicine with hands-on surgical and clinical experience. Depending on licensure and experience, this position may include performing aesthetic treatments independently, conducting patient consultations, assisting Dr. Benjamin Stong with procedures, and serving as a circulating nurse in our private surgical suite. Key Responsibilities Conduct aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans within the clinician's scope of practice Perform aesthetic treatments based on training, licensure, and experience, which may include: Neuromodulators and dermal fillers IPL / photofacial treatments Microneedling PRP treatments Profound and other energy-based treatments Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, recovery, and appropriate skincare Develop long-term relationships with patients and help build a loyal aesthetic patient base Recommend professional skincare products and complementary treatments when appropriate Provide pre- and post-treatment follow-up and respond thoughtfully to patient questions or concerns Surgical & Clinical Support Circulate in the operating room during facial plastic surgery procedures Assist with patient preparation before surgery and recovery following procedures Participate in pre-operative and post-operative appointments Assist Dr. Stong with in-office procedures and minor surgical treatments Perform clinical care such as suture removal, wound care, dressing changes, and post-operative assessments within scope of practice Prepare procedure rooms and surgical areas before cases and assist with turnover afterward Maintain proper cleaning, sterilization, and organization of instruments and clinical areas Help maintain clinical inventory, supplies, and treatment-room readiness Assist with prescriptions and medication coordination when permitted by licensure and scope of practice What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is clinically strong while also understanding the importance of the patient experience. The right candidate will be: Warm, polished, professional, and confident with patients Passionate about facial aesthetics, skincare, and cosmetic medicine Highly detail-oriented and organized Comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities in a busy practice Proactive and willing to take initiative An excellent communicator, both in person and by phone Comfortable educating patients and discussing treatment recommendations Collaborative and willing to support both the aesthetic and surgical sides of the practice Interested in developing a long-term career in aesthetic medicine and facial plastic surgery Qualifications Current NP, PA, or RN license in Georgia required Current Georgia laser license or active progress toward obtaining appropriate Georgia laser licensure strongly preferred ; candidates performing laser treatments must meet all applicable Georgia licensure requirements Prior experience in aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, dermatology, or cosmetic medicine strongly preferred Aesthetic treatment and/or injectable experience strongly preferred for candidates pursuing the aesthetic provider component of the role Operating room, circulating, pre-op, or PACU experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and patient-care skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Comfortable using electronic medical records and learning new technology Customer service or luxury patient-care experience is a plus About the Practice Kalos Facial Plastic Surgery is a premier facial plastic surgery practice in Buckhead specializing exclusively in the face, head, and neck.
