divh2Inside Sales Representative/h2pUnder the general direction of and reporting to the Store Manager, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for greeting all customers, selling company products at the counter and by telephone, and may assist potential new product uses or applications./ppThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time./polliAssist contractors and customers on a walk-in basis/liliAnswer incoming customer telephone calls/liliEstablish and maintain positive working relationships with contractors and customers by ensuring the best possible customer satisfaction by providing expertise in products and services/liliProcess takeoffs and quoting for projects; windows, doors, decks, garages, roofs, remodels of homes and basements/liliWrite up service requests and start process, take call backs on service requests and process paperwork for returns/liliAct as back-up to outside loaders/liliProvide inside support to the outside sales representatives as needed/liliMonitor tool department/sales and service, mix paint, and stock product on shelves/liliMaintain literature and stock what is necessary to support the sales/liliResolve delivery challenges/liliExcellent communication and teamwork skills, self-motivated, sense of pride and urgency, personable, well organized/li/olpRequires High School Diploma and 3-5 years of lumberyard experience or 2-4 year degree related to business or construction industry./ppMathematical skills required to add, subtract, multiply, divide, measurements of square foot and cubic foot/ppMust be able to lift up to 70 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, climb and reach/ppVast product knowledge of building materials and practices/ppRequires good oral and written communication skills in order to interact with employees and customers/p/div
