Join us and work with a variety of clients from different sectors and industries to grow your career fast.The Tax Senior will be responsible for accurate and timely tax return preparation for all clients.Duties:Conducts tax compliance activities and reviews tax returns and audits of varying complexity.Demonstrates expert knowledge and skills in tax advising.Ensures timely completion of client service tasks within set budgets.Oversees qualifications of tax team members and assigns tasks accordingly.Supervises tax staff and provides on-the-job guidance.Supervisory Duties:Responsible for training and coaching Semi-seniors and Staff accountants.Familiar with Tax staff qualifications for training development.Participates in Tax Department reviews and evaluations.Requirements:2-5 years of public accounting experience with increasing tax responsibilities and estate/trust tax exposure.Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in overseeing tax preparers.Bachelor's degree in accounting required, Master's in tax preferred.Current CPA license preferred.
