Territory Sales Manager

We're seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead sales growth across a multi-state territory. This is a field-based role focused on developing dealer partnerships, expanding market share, and supporting customers in the construction, agriculture, transportation, fuel distribution, and industrial equipment markets. What You'll Do Grow and strengthen an established dealer network while identifying and onboarding new dealer partners. Develop and execute strategic territory growth plans. Train and support dealer sales teams through product demonstrations and business development initiatives. Build strong relationships with dealers and end users to drive long-term sales growth. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and identify new business opportunities. Represent the company at regional and national trade shows, customer events, and industry meetings. What We're Looking For 5+ years of successful outside B2B territory sales experience. Experience selling equipment, heavy machinery, construction, industrial, agricultural, or commercial products. Proven success managing dealer/distributor relationships and growing territories. Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-starter with excellent organizational and CRM skills. Willingness to travel up to 75% throughout the assigned territory.
