Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Operating Room (OR) Nurse in a healthcare organization located in the region. This position involves providing intraoperative and postoperative care in a surgical environment. Experience in endoscopies, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, and podiatry is preferred, with opportunities for training in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) if necessary. Job Details Position Description: OR RN with circulation experience, preferably with travel experience, capable of supporting intraoperative and postoperative/PACU activities. Certifications and Education Requirements: Current BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of operating room experience; 0 years minimum experience acceptable if otherwise qualified. Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8-hour days, minimum 40 hours per week. Experience Requirements: 2 years of relevant surgical experience, with travel experience preferred. Additional Responsibilities: Support activities related to endoscopies, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, and podiatry procedures. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic medical records systems such as Oracle or Cerner. Float: Float rotation may be required.
